By booking any activity, tour, or package with Goa Dream Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Advance payment may be required to secure your spot.

Final confirmation will be shared via email or WhatsApp after successful booking and payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time.

50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before activity.
-
No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
3. Weather & Operational Delays

All water activities are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, the activity may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of the tour operator.

In case of full cancellation due to weather, a full refund or credit voucher will be offered.
4. Safety & Health Requirements

Activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Participants must declare any pre-existing health conditions, including heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, or recent surgeries.

Pregnant women and individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to participate.

All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the guide or instructor.
5. Pickup and Drop

Pickup and drop services are offered only from selected locations (Calangute, Baga, Arpora, Candolim, Senquerim).

Exact pickup times will be communicated a day prior.

Guests are requested to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid delays.
6. Use of Personal Equipment

All required diving and watersports gear is included. Use of personal diving equipment is subject to instructor approval.

Goa Dream Tours is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during activities.
7. Photography & Media

Basic underwater photos/videos are included in the package (where mentioned).

Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes, unless specifically requested otherwise by the guest.
8. Liability & Insurance

Goa Dream Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred during the tour.

It is recommended that all participants have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities.
9. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward the crew, instructors, and fellow guests.
