Terms and Conditions

Goa Dream Tours – Scuba Diving & Adventure Tours

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking any package with Goa Dream Tours. By proceeding with the booking, you agree to abide by the terms listed below.

🧾 General Terms

1. Booking Confirmation

   • All bookings are subject to availability.

   • Confirmation is only valid upon receipt of full or partial payment and a confirmed booking reference.

2. Eligibility

   • Participants must be 10 years or older for scuba diving.

   • All activities are undertaken at your own risk.

   • Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, recent surgeries, or other medical concerns are advised not to participate in scuba diving or adventure sports.

3. Identification

   • A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in.

💳 Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Payment

   • A minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

   • Balance payment (if any) must be made prior to the trip start.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • More than 48 hours before trip: 80% refund.

   • 24 to 48 hours before trip: 50% refund.

   • Less than 24 hours / No show: No refund.

   • Cancellations must be made via email or WhatsApp with booking ID.

3. Operator Cancellation

   • Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions, technical reasons, or operational issues. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

⚠️ Activity Rules

1. Timings

   • Guests must arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

   • Delays may lead to missed activities, and no refund will be issued for late arrivals.

2. Safety Guidelines

   • All instructions from the crew/instructors must be strictly followed.

   • Misconduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with rules may lead to termination of your trip without refund.

3. Weather Conditions

   • Activities are subject to weather and sea conditions. If deemed unsafe by our team, activities will be canceled or rescheduled.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

   • All services included in your package are clearly mentioned at the time of booking. Any personal expenses, extra food or drinks, or additional activities not listed are chargeable separately.

📸 Photography & Media

• Photos and videos taken during the trip may be used by Goa Dream Tours for marketing or promotional purposes unless specifically requested otherwise by the client.
