Reporting Time: All guests must arrive at the helipad at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat.

100% refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the ride.

50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours prior.

No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride or in case of a no-show.

Weather Conditions: Flights are strictly subject to favorable weather conditions and air traffic regulations. In case of cancellation due to weather, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

ID Proof Required: All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.

Weight Limit: Individual passenger weight should not exceed 110 kg. Passengers over this limit must inform the operator at the time of booking.
