Age & Health Restrictions: Participants must be at least 12 years old and in good physical health. Those with heart conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnant women are not permitted.

Arrival Time: Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled activity time. Late arrivals may miss the session and will not be eligible for a refund.

No Refund Policy: Once booked, cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered based on availability and weather conditions.

Weather Conditions: The activity is subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of cancellation due to adverse conditions, an alternative date will be offered or a partial refund issued.

Safety Compliance: All participants must follow the safety instructions provided by the instructors. Refusal to comply may result in termination of the activity without a refund.

Damage Liability: Any intentional damage to the equipment will be charged to the participant.

Photo/Video Disclaimer: Media coverage (photos/videos) may be offered at an extra cost and is subject to availability.

Right to Refuse Participation: The tour operator reserves the right to refuse any participant due to safety concerns or intoxication.

Travel Insurance: Not included. It is recommended that guests carry their own insurance for water activities.

Booking Confirmation: A valid ID and confirmation voucher (digital or printed) must be presented at the time of check-in
