Terms & Conditions – Scuba Diving + Watersports Combo

By booking the Scuba Diving + Watersports Combo Package with Goa Dream Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a valid voucher.

• Group bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Pricing is subject to seasonal availability and may change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation before 48 hours: 100% refund.

• Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.

• Cancellation within 24 hours or No-show: No refund.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days.

3. Activity Conditions

• Scuba diving and water sports are weather-dependent. In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, the operator may cancel or reschedule the activity.

• Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to alter the itinerary or replace activities if necessary due to safety or logistical issues.

• Activities will follow a first-come, first-serve order based on boat availability and crowd volume.

4. Health & Safety

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions, especially those related to heart, asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy, or recent surgery.

• Scuba diving is not suitable for individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions and wear provided safety gear.

• Non-swimmers are welcome; our instructors are trained to assist all comfort levels.

5. Inclusions & Exclusions

Included:

• Pickup & Drop (from selected North Goa areas)

• Scuba Diving with certified instructor

• Pre-dive pool training session

• Photos & videos of dive

• Parasailing, Jet Ski, Banana Ride, Bumper Ride, Speed Boat

• Safety equipment & briefing

• Packaged lunch (except during May)

Not Included:

• Transport from non-listed areas (available at extra cost)

• Soft drinks, snacks, or personal expenses

• Parasailing dip (optional upgrade)

6. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must arrive at the pickup point on time. Delays caused by guests may result in missed activities.

• Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unfit, intoxicated, or disruptive—without refund.

7. Photographs & Media Usage

• Photos and videos taken during the activity may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

• If you wish to opt out, please notify our team in writing before the tour begins.

8. Liability Waiver

• While every effort is made to ensure your safety, participants undertake these activities at their own risk.

• Goa Dream Tours and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss of belongings, or incident caused by negligence or non-compliance.

9. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from services provided by Goa Dream Tours shall be governed by the laws of Goa, India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Goa courts.
