2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise.

Online bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received and a booking voucher is issued.

Prices may vary based on seasonal demand, group size, and availability.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the activity will receive 50% refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will receive no refund.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Weather & Activity Conditions

All activities are subject to weather conditions, safety guidelines, and sea/tide levels.

If an activity is canceled by us due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may reschedule or request a full refund.

In the event of activity delays or changes caused by uncontrollable circumstances, Goa Dream Tours is not liable for compensation.
5. Health & Safety

Participants must declare any pre-existing medical conditions before participating in adventure activities.

For water sports or scuba diving, participants must be physically fit and follow safety instructions.

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those under the influence of alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited from participating in water sports or adventure activities.
6. Liability Disclaimer

Goa Dream Tours and its partners are not responsible for personal injuries, loss/damage of personal belongings, or accidents caused by participants’ negligence or non-compliance.

7. Photographs & Media

We may capture photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes.

By joining our tours, you consent to the use of such media unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the tour begins.
8. Transport & Timings

Shared or private transport (if included) will follow a fixed pickup schedule.

Delays caused by late arrival of guests may lead to missed activities, for which no refund or reschedule will be applicable.
9. Right to Refuse Participation

Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to deny participation to any individual who is deemed unfit, intoxicated, or disruptive without refund.
10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from services provided by Goa Dream Tours shall be governed by the laws of Goa, India, and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
