1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online, through our agents, or via WhatsApp/phone.
- Full payment or a specified advance is required to confirm your reservation.
- A confirmation email/message will be sent once the booking is successful.
- All guests are advised to carry a valid ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.) during the tour.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Each tour/activity will have clearly listed inclusions and exclusions. Please read the tour description carefully.
- Any personal expenses, optional activities, or add-ons are not included unless mentioned.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, reschedules, and refunds.
4. Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour time, subject to availability.
- No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
5. Weather Conditions
- Activities such as water sports, paragliding, hot air ballooning, and helicopter rides are weather-dependent.
- Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity due to unsafe weather or operational reasons.
- In such cases, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
6. Safety Guidelines
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides, instructors, or staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest deemed unfit due to medical, behavioral, or intoxication issues.
- Certain activities are not recommended for individuals with medical conditions, pregnant women, or those under the influence of alcohol.
7. Liability & Insurance
- Goa Dream Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or accident that may occur during the tour.
- Some activities may include third-party insurance coverage; check specific tour details.
- Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, text, and videos on our website and social media are the property of Goa Dream Tours and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
- Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
- Goa Dream Tours aims to resolve any issues amicably and encourages customers to reach out directly for redressal.
