Guests are requested to arrive at the starting point at least 15 minutes before the tour time.

The tour begins sharp at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and the initial part of the tour.

Children below 11 or those uncomfortable with E-Bikes can be accommodated via alternative transport (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) with prior notice and additional charges.

Pregnant women, guests with mobility issues, or serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time or for no-shows.

In case of bad weather, natural calamities, or unforeseen operational issues, Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
