Guests are requested to arrive at the starting point at least 15 minutes before the tour time.

The tour begins sharp at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and the initial part of the tour.

Minimum age for E-Bike riders is 11 years.

Children below 11 or those uncomfortable with E-Bikes can be accommodated via alternative transport (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) with prior notice and additional charges.

Pregnant women, guests with mobility issues, or serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
