Terms & Conditions – Dinner Cruise in Goa

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking the Dinner Cruise with Goa Dream Tours. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms.

✅ Booking & Payments

• Advance booking is mandatory to secure your seat.

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking, either online or at our office.

• Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

🔄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the cruise: Full refund.

• Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the cruise: 50% refund.

• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the cruise or in case of no-show.

• If the cruise is cancelled due to weather or operational issues, guests may opt for an alternate date or request a full refund.

⚠️ Cruise Operations

• The cruise duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, including 2 hours of sailing.

• All itineraries, menus, and entertainment schedules are subject to change based on availability or weather conditions.

• The cruise may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, mechanical issues, or government directives.

• Only couples and families are allowed. Stag entries are not permitted.

👥 Guest Conduct & Safety

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward fellow guests and crew.

• The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest indulging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by the crew.

• Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

🍽️ Food & Beverages

• The dinner buffet includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

• 2 complimentary drinks are included per guest (soft drinks or selected alcohol).

• Additional beverages are available for purchase at the bar counter.

👜 Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Goa Dream Tours is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the cruise.

• Avoid bringing valuables or excessive cash onboard.

📸 Photography & Media

• By participating in the cruise, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

• Guests may take personal photos/videos during the event.

📍 Pickup & Drop

• Complimentary pickup is provided from Calangute, Baga, Candolim, Arpora at 7:00 PM.

• Exact pickup timing will be informed after booking confirmation.

• Guests must be ready at the pickup point 15 minutes prior to avoid delays.
