Cancellation Policy

At Goa Dream Tours, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while considering the operational costs involved in organizing your tour. Please read the following terms carefully before making your booking.

1. Standard Cancellation Terms

For Day Tours & Activities:

  • ✅ 100% Refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour/activity start time.
  • ✅ 50% Refund for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the tour/activity start time.
  • ❌ No Refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour/activity or in case of no-show.

2. Weather-Dependent Activities

Some activities like Hot Air Balloon Rides, Paragliding, Helicopter Tours, Water Sports, etc., are highly dependent on weather conditions.

  • If an activity is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • A chance to reschedule to another date (subject to availability)

3. Custom/Private Tours or Group Bookings

  • Custom itineraries and group bookings may have separate cancellation rules, which will be communicated at the time of confirmation.
  • In most cases, a non-refundable advance may be required for group reservations or high-demand tours.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the tour start time—one-time only, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling is not allowed within 24 hours of the tour time.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive at the pickup point or designated meeting location on time will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • For payments via UPI, Wallets, or Net Banking, bank timelines may vary.

8. Right to Cancel

Goa Dream Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to:

  • Safety concerns (weather, health advisories)
  • Operational difficulties
  • Inadequate number of participants (for group tours)

In such cases, full refunds will be offered or alternate arrangements will be made with the guest’s consent.
